Paul holds an unrestricted practicing certificate as Barrister & Solicitor, is a registered ASIC agent icluding a registered migration agent and qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (United Kingdom), an Australian Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (Australia), a graduate Diploma in Management Studies (United Kingdom), an Advanced Diploma in Company Law and a Diploma in International Financial Management. Many courses were passed with distinction. A highlight in his career being selected to undergo the prestigious Midland Montagu (now HSBC) International Banking program held in London and Cambridge
It is evident that the practical work experience was enhanced through relevant academic studies in management, commerce, finance, accounting, audit and law, bringing together all the fundamentals that would be required for corporate & commercial law, banking and finance law, governance advice, compliance, M&A, IPO’s and technical difficult transactions such as SPV’s, Trusts, Derivatives and other.
